Weekend Implementation Director - Pastor and Church Ministry Jobs in Carmel, IN

The Weekend Implementation Director is a unique, two-stage position at Northview Church in the Indianapolis suburbs. Stage One of the job would be as a combination of assistant worship leader, administrative assistant, and all around people person for the Worship Arts department scheduling teams, assisting in the running of our concert series, sitting as a member of our creative planning and evaluation teams, etc all of the experiences would be designed to help the candidate soak up the DNA of Northview, and strongly grow in leadership, administrative and worship leading skills. The candidate would report to the Creative Arts Pastor, and would also work closely with the Worship Pastor.Stage Two of the job would see the candidate ideally taking over as the Worship Pastor (or Worship Director) of one of our multi-site campuses after serving approx. 1-2 years at the main campus. Northview is currently in the process of launching its 2nd multi-site campus, with plans to open several more in the immediate future. The position starts at the beginning of November of 2012.
