Plant Controller with Fast Growing company to k in Carmel, IN

Our client is looking for an independent thinking, results oriented, problem solver for one of their locations on the north side to be their next controller. This plant level controller will direct all financial activities at the Operations Facility, such as reporting manufacturing and distribution costs, planning, investments for the plant, accounting transactions, and inventory management.This candidate will develop processes and metrics that will assist the leadership team and supervisors in their day to day decisions making process. Reports will include key performance indicators, real time data, scorecards, etc. This person will also work with plant leaders to find causes of variances, resolve issues, and demonstrate favorable impact in financial results. There will also be the normal monthly close process, ensuring accuracy of operations facility transactions. You will maintain SYSPRO Bill of Materials Quantities and Routers or similar ERP as well as Forecast and budget plant costs including labor and overhead allocations. Other responsibilities are Fixed Assets, Reporting of labor, Capital expenditures and to prepare and monitor reconciliation of all material costs including analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts related to production.
