Experienced Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Carmel, IN

The Accounting Clerk will work three days a week, from 8AM-5PM, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility, advance in the role, and work additional hours. The Accounting Clerk will be working directly under the Controller and be responsible for the following accounts payable entry, AIA billing, invoicing, some collections calls, bankaccountcredit card reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, and being the back-up for payroll from time to time. The ideal Accounting Clerk will be flexible with the expertise to multi-task. Must be able to listen and follow direction well. Industry background in construction preferred, but not required.
